We currently have 4 – 2 bedrooms, 2 baths available for rent. The current rent is $945.00 with a Security deposit of $945.00.
In order to qualify: MUST HAVE A 629 OR BETTER CREDIT SCORE, PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK, NO EVICTIONS AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF MAKING 3X GROSS THE MONTHLY RENT. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PETS!
You can contact the office to make an appointment. Be prepared to have a money order made payable to Safe Harbor Housing in the amount of $40.00 PER ADULT for the background fee. This is a non refundable fee. Also bring a DL and SS card for each adult at the time of your appointment. Once the background report comes back we can move forward with the other fees and the application process.
